ros-melodic fixes (#978)

* update tf2

* fix ignition-math lack of 'cmake/DefaultCFlags.cmake' file

* fix sdformat try to find urdfdom (which fails even with urdfdom installed) by force to use the internal urdf

* fix camera_calibration patch and add an updated version of it

I thought the updated version might not need the patch so I first made
the updated ebuild, then I realize the problem was still there so I
fixed the patch anyway

* updated version of rviz

* Revert "fix ignition-math lack of 'cmake/DefaultCFlags.cmake' file"
